Product Designer with 9 years shaping digital products, from user research and strategy to design systems and shipped interfaces. I write frontend code as part of my regular workflow, which lets me prototype faster, collaborate directly with engineers, and ship with higher fidelity. Joined as the first design hire at a B2B insurtech startup and built the design function from scratch. Created “Project Rosetta,” Anansi's first design system, covering tokens, components, and Figma-to-React documentation. Rebuilt the frontend architecture, unified 2 client platforms into one, and replaced Django Admin with custom internal tools. Introduced design as a factor in product decisions.
